xAI, the artificial intelligence company owned by Elon Musk, has announced that its latest AI system, Grok 3, is now available for free to all X users for a limited time until the server load reaches its maximum limit.
xAI described Grok 3 as “the world’s smartest AI” in a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), saying that all X users can use Grok 3 for free until the server is overloaded. X Premium+ and SuperGrok users will have priority access and will be able to get a head start on new features, such as the upcoming voice mode.

Elon Musk also retweeted xAI’s post earlier, confirming that Grok 3 is free for a limited time, saying that it will be free for everyone in a short period of time.
Founded in March 2023 by Elon Musk, xAI is dedicated to developing advanced AI technologies. As its latest product, Grok 3 has performed well in multiple AI benchmarks. xAI did not disclose the actual capacity of the servers, nor did it disclose when it expects to reach the load limit.
