I checked the file in totalvirus and similar services and they couldn’t detect anything. I am a developer and don’t know much about malware. Can any expert check and tell me if its safe or not?

Thanks guys for your support, especially u/EverythingisFnTaken. Turns out it was some Remcos Rat attempting to communicate to a German server. I really appreciate the help. Dude even guided me with some safety tips so thanks.
