Siemens Announces Certified Workflow for TSMC’s InFO Packaging


Siemens’ automated design workflows for TSMC’s InFO_oS and InFO_PoP use Innovator3D IC, Xpedition, HyperLynx DRC, and Calibre nmDRC software.

PLANO, TX, Feb 18, 2025 – Siemens Digital Industries Software announced the availability of an automated and certified workflow for TSMC’s InFO packaging technology as part of its collaboration with TSMC.

Siemens’ automated design workflows for TSMC’s InFO_oS and InFO_PoP technologies are driven by the heterogeneous integration cockpit capabilities of the Innovator3D IC solution and includes Xpedition Package Designer software, HyperLynx DRC, and Calibre nmDRC software technologies, which are all industry leaders in semiconductor package design.
