Shining3D einscan Pro Hd scanner doesn't capture anything

Hi all. The problem appeared a couple weeks ago. I set the scanner up, I calibrate and I start scan on turntable coded target. Everything works fine at first, but if I let the scanner rest for 10-15 mins, and start scanning again, it doesn’t capture anything. The hybride and handheld mode works fine. I updated the software as well the windows, I unplugged everything and turned on and off and the only thing solves the problem is a recalibration. However, I need to scan a bunch of artifacts and I don’t think it is normal if I need to recalibrate after each object.

What could be the problem? The computer is plugged in as well, so it should work fine.
