selling a einscan H…license question

So, I have my H listed online for sale. and i’m curious how I would transfer the license it asks for when the program is installed. the email I used is now a dead email, since I went for custom domain over gmail. so, I guess the person who buys can just use my log in info.

but there has to be another way.
