Scanner Recommendation

As the title says, I’m looking for recommendations for a scanner to scan the interior of sewer manholes to develop point clouds and gather measurements to track deterioration for engineering projects. I have seen other products on the market specifically for this but at a major cost and figured with the advancement of technology, it should be possible with the consumer scanners. Any information helps.
