Recommended scanner for reverse-engineering to person-sized scanning?

We’re developing a medical device that operates around patients and looking to model people lying down, as well as current parts of the procedural workflow (e.g., CT scanner, patient table, needles). This is a wide variety of sizes (biggest dimension for patients/scanners are 2m long, down to smaller parts for 3D printing that are around 50mm largest dimension).

Is there a scanner you’d recommend?

I’m considering the RevoPoint MetroX because of all the videos on it, but am not sure if those are paid/sponsored material. For this scanner and application, I’m not worried about the active illumination as the people can wear an eye mask.
