Is it worth getting RaptorX to scan organic shapes to later add dimensional accurate elements in Solidworks? Has anyone scanned something organic shaped using RaptorX and later imported the scan into Solidworks xShape in order to reverse engineer the model? I came across QUICKSURFACE Pro 2025, it has a whopping $3k price tag, but I was wondering if anyone used xShape instead.
Any ideas are truly appreciated!!
