PC DMIS constructing a width

I’m learning something new, constructed widths. They’re necessary for GD&T, especially with modifiers. I figured out widths between 2 lines. The problem I’m having is I want to construct a width over a feature with round ends. I get an error that says something like “not allowed with 2d or 3d”.
