I have a 9 months old Galaxy Buds FE that has started to give random static noise (like FM radio white noise) on the right bud, sometimes on both. It randomly went away and came back initially so I tried all the tips online like reset, etc, but now it’s there all the time and there is no way to eliminate it.
I’m thinking of approaching Samsung for warranty but the service center that deals with buds is really far away from my place, and they don’t do home pickup for buds either.
So I’d like to ask people here – have you had this problem or a similar problem? How easy is the warranty process and has Samsung been replacing the buds in issues like this.
