Need real advice on this

I am on the verge of buying a 3d printer for scanning humans and 3d print them later on. I like two devices for this. Creality Otter and Creality Raptor.

My first question would be the system requirements for the pc. I need real world use data. What kind of pc should I get for this?

My second question would be whether the 3d scanner can scan reflective surfaces?

Can we scan small objects without the turning table?

Let’s say we scanned someone from head to toe. How can we 3d print a person very smaller like a figurine? What software do we need for scanning humans very effectively?

Can we scan a bride in full wedding dress and 3d print her later on?

What kind of paint should we use after 3d scanning a person? What would be the best one?

How long can a 3d scanner last? Do we have extra maintenance on 3d scanners?

Can I use my phone instead of a pc?

What are your user reviews for 3d scanners? Should I get one or stay away from them?
