I’m working on a text-to-speech project where I want the synthesized voice to have the distinctive, commanding tone of the Terran Adjutant from StarCraft: Brood War. I want use it to read books with.
I’ve tried Elevenlabs and Google Custom Voice but they refuse to synthesize a voice that I do not have permission to.
Which services allow to mimic a voice based on audio samples as close as possible without stepping on anyone’s toes?
