2. Type gpedit.msc and press the Enter-key.
3. Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar.
4. Double-click on “Turn off abbreviated time and date format”.
5. Change the value from “Not configured” to “Enabled”.
6. Click on ok.
7. Close the Group Policy Editor.
8. Restart the PC.
