I would like to ask, do you have an experience with Zeiss CALYPSO 2023 error 1012 (error in the SDO during the calculation for the qualification for linear sensors and during the definition of the start value for non-linear sensors) I have DuraMax 5.
I get this error when I click on the button ref. sphere position and then the master probe runs around sphere and at the end this error pops up.
Also during the calibration when styluses runs around the ref. sphere, the “vibration” occures – styluses do not run smoothly around as the should but during the motion they vibrate.
What could be the problem? How could I remove this 1012 error?
I appreciate every suggestion to solve this issue as I am only beginner in Calypso.
