Hello, I’m new to the platform and I would like to ask you for help with my Shining SE model scanner, basically I connect all the cables and connect the USB cable to it and to the computer, then I click on search scanner and it stays searching endlessly, he never finds her scanner and a message appears in the application like “connect the device to the same network as the computer”, could it be a problem with the machine itself or am I using the wrong version of the application?
