Problem is that there is no software available to use it. Support gives a number of answers.
- That product doesn’t exist.
- We are still working on the software.
- The existing software works.
- Silence
I’m getting very frustrated with this paperweight with no effective way to contact support.
Has anyone here figured anything out with this?
