Creality Raptor (or any scanner in general) – Mix different size markers or not?

I filled the black mat that comes with the Raptor with a random pattern of both 3mm and 6mm markers. Should I use just one type of marker? It works well as it is, but I’m wondering if a single size might improve accuracy, especially since I use the mat to scan very small, coin-sized parts with the blue laser mode.
