Cr Otter vs Einstar shining 3D?

I have found places to buy both for around $600.

My main project is to scan some car parts to make custom brackets for a suspension.

From what I have gathered:

The otter is better for dark or reflective material. The software is good but seems to not have as much customization or tools.

The Einstar has better software, has more tools for mesh joining, editing and processing. But struggles with dark or reflective material.

Has anyone used both? I am planning on using the file in solidworks for fusion 360.

Id like to use a laptop if possible. But I have a good gaming build with a 4070ti, 32 gb of ram, and a good i7
