I have a BSNL prepaid number which I use as secondary connection.
I need it for incoming and WhatsApp/telegram.
I don’t need outgoing calls, data.
Just want to keep it active so that incoming is active.
I found a Rs. 24 plan which offers 30 days validity.

Will this provide validity or does it need some other plan to work. i.e. is it a validity extension plan or not.
I have a feeling BSNL won’t provide such a cheap option…
