I can’t seem to get the ‘Probe Master 8152 spring loaded micro-tip test leads’ calibration to be used with a ‘DER EE DE-5000’. It either gives failed during open calibration somewhere during the 30 second hold, once finished it succesfully, and then went to closed calibration failure in the last few of the 30 seconds hold.
I want to measure this 0201 component on the tip of the standard DER EE DE-5000 SMD leads Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
