Can I use one Basic Angle Dimension to cover two Datum directions?

Hey everyone! I’m no GD&T expert so my apologies if this is common knowledge.

I have an assembly with ABC datums. On one end is a flat, but angled surface with a surface profile call out. There’s only one basic dimension that’s an angle. So A and C datums come into play, but B (z-direction)is ignored. Can I account for both A and C with just one basic dimension? It technically is a few degrees off of A, but C would just be a specified distance from a point. So I don’t think I can have a whole plane with a center point giving my distance back to C.
