Hi everyone, my first post here. Could anyone perhaps help me with setting up the asus xtion pro live? I’d love to use it with realitycapture, but other solutions are welcome too. From what i figured out, i need the openNI drivers, but how do i take the actual scan? i get that this device is relatively old, but i hope it can beat pure photogrammetry because i need to scan a few rooms with good detail. Photogrammetry gave me massive point clouds that crashed every software on my 32gb rig, or results that were rather wonky and had a lot of holes.
before anyone asks, no, I can’t acquire an iphone pro (I’d love to tho)
