A good bulletin-board like collaboration tool


Currently within my team we use “Cisco Webex Teams” as our primary collaboration tool. We can’t change it to anything else, but we could use something additionally.

The big problem with Webex is that the discussions (Webex allows for threads) are often getting buried and are hard to reach when on the same channel somebody starts a different discussion. It often leads to unanswered questions, and they need to be repeated or just are lost.

I was thinking about something like bulletin-board, where discussions will be visible separately, with an option to mark a discussion as closed, which will display it under the ones that are still open. The closed discussions should be still searchable. The classic bulletin-board seems like an overkill for a team of 7 people, so I’m looking for something simpler.
