What program is this?

I’ve been using my Intel RealSense camera for 3D video, but can only record from their proprietary viewer app using screen recordings. I’ve been looking for a program to be able to record video using point cloud, and am holding off on TouchDesigner because it seems like a lot more than I need. I saw a snippet of someone’s edit, using this program as their viewer, is anyone familiar with this program? Any help is appreciated.
