If 3d is needed, you’ll have to give a little more importance to GPU & VRAM.
I hate to say this but for professional purpose, Nvidia is hard to beat. A used 3060 12gb would be a good bet.
Reddit threads on intel arc cards are not encouraging for productivity.

And what kind of stuff do you edit? If you don’t work with 4k, you can make do with fewer cores.
I use Ryzen 5 3600, 1660 super & 32gb ram for editing (No I’m not msvsme’s brother).
It handles everything 1080p I have thrown at it in Premiere, Resolve & After Effects. I’ve even done a tiny bit of blender on it.
4k is a different story though. Depending on the codec, 4k 60fps scrubbing on Premiere can stutter on my machine.
After Effects can be extremely taxing as well. (Random out of memory messages etc.)
