I’m looking to order the otter + bridge combo that seems to only be listed on their website. It’s $1100 total and seems to be the best deal I’ve found for the pair.
However, I’ve seen a lot of mixed comments on ordering from them. Order never arrived, horrible customer support, “got scammed because we ordered creality” etc
I need the bridge but have heard good and bad things about bridge -> phone scanning as well but ultimately I want to try it for myself. However, I was counting on being able to return it if it doesn’t meet my needs.
Is ordering from their website a bad idea? Would I be better off just spending more to get it elsewhere? Where are people buying these?
