Before Google, before “www.” there were methods of scholarly research to find publications which (deterministically) contained “a” AND “b” NOT “c”. Current AI based methods might be good for shopping but there are still a few of us old timers who just want to find a specific reference and not be bothered with shopping sites or the latest trends. As far as I can tell none exist at this point. Surely there is a developer out there who could fill this gap? Do not worry about “constant re-indexing of content”, the things we will be looking for are static and at least “x>2” years old. For example there was a text which I read in the 1980’s on the topics of “psychology” AND “learning” AND “exponential” AND “decay”. I cannot remember the title or author but with those four keywords it should not be hard to find assuming that it was at some point made available on the original (pre-www) internet.
