Hello, I’m looking for some guidance on performing a TMV/Gage R&R for CMM program to measure different features of a part with tight tolerance. The actual parts I have are all out of spec/non-conforming. Can I use these non-conforming parts to perform a Gage R&R and validate the program? Or do I need good parts? The goal is to perform Gage R&R as well as validate the program? Should these two study be separated? Appreciate any guidance on this.
