Avoid plastic bulbs from Philips.
Can’t do much, but only buy something which is Value-for-money.
Philips os only good for full-glow LED Glass bulbs they are making. Check them out.
Else if you want multi-wattage only then, Halonix (made in Haridwar) (Rs. 200) is better for multi-wattage cheap plastic bulbs.
Overall in lighting industry, we dont recommend bulbs at all unless used in a wall fixture like the following (each fixture is around 500-600)
