the problem with my cr-scanner otter is not detected, but the computer sees it in the usb list, it is recorded as camera scanner otter, but the application does not see it, I tried to disable another camera, deleted the antivirus, adopted a protection policy, did not download the latest version, and it is still not detected. It didn’t help me. My computer is wacom mobile pro studio16. And, of course, it works with other computers, but not with mine.. if anyone can give me any recommendations, what can I do. thank you
