Hi everyone, a friend of friend is gonna be building his new gaming system , and he wants my help.
His budget was 45k without GPU. And he needs an i5 14400f build. So here are the parts with prices that I could find for his budget with seller links,

He will be using old NVME & HDDs. And a used RTX 3080
