I think we chose the wrong scanner. What’s new that might work better for our application?

We purchased a Miraco Pro and kit months back and has not worked well for us. I’m sure it’s half user error but we finally got so frustrated we set it on a shelf and gave up. We need a scanner that is good for small objects under 10cm. I’m hoping something new has come out recently that better applies to our specific use case. And honestly, an automated setup or turntable. Specifically we deal with a lot of machined parts and some plastic. I’ve looked at a few inexpensive options that might fit better, specifically the Seal with Multi-Axis Turntable among other similar styles. Does anyone have suggestions for something similar to that? I appreciate any feedback.
