I’m running into an issue with my RaptorX scanner, and was hoping someone might have some kind of insights or solution if theyve had any similar experience?
When I use wireless scanning in infrared mode, theres no problems and everything works perfectly, it connects instantly etc. I’ve also done wired blue light scans, which look great and work just as expected.
But for some reason when I try to do wireless blue light scans using my phone (iPhone 13) as the viewport, it just loads forever. No matter how long I wait, it doesn’t seem to complete or get started.
Anyone had the same or any ideas on why? firmware is all up to date, wireless connection is fine…
