Revopoint MetroX scans

I’ve been beta testing the Revopoint MetroX and these are some of my scans (mix of Laser and non-laser modes.)

My thoughts so far: Laser gets hyped, but that Auto Turntable Mode is just nuts. Seriously an unsung hero. Automates the entire scanning process.

The laser modes are more manual of course, but in a zen kind of “painting” the model way.

I used Meshlab to render some of the models just because the default software over-smooths the details and hides what’s actually there.
