My cousin’s iphone 11 fell from 2 feet height on concrete floor (factory warehouse), its screen/back did not get cracked but battery not recognized warning and the phone shuts down after 5-10 mins of use.
it has original battery (phone never opened) and before this incident battery health was ~75%.

If anyone had similar exp here? where/how did you get the phone fixed, saw online some foreigners had similar incident but I don’t know similar support would be provided by apple for out of warranty phone in India.
also if battery replacement is required, how much would it cost ?
