iOS – How can I use my lightning USB as pen drive for iPhone? | TechEnclave

I have iPhone 13 and a USB Pen drive which has one end with regular USB and another end with lightning port. This pen drive is like 7-8 years old and it does still work. It is not of any known brand and earlier, the way to access the pen drive on iPhone was to have an app on my iPhone that would be able to read and write content between iPhone and this pen drive.
Problem is that the app is no longer available in app store and no longer downloadable. I still try to connect the pen drive to iPhone using lightning port but nothing happens on the phone. Nothing shows up in the Files app too.

Is there any way to access this pen drive on my iPhone?

Yes, use the regular USB side of the pen drive. Use this OTG adapter. The drive should show up in the files app.
