Need advice on scanning hardware/software - cars/industrial

Hi I’ve been scanning for a while now using my Peel 2CAD. But I’m not getting the resolution I need. I scanned a cars diffuser the other day and the clips which hold it on turned into flat blobs. With that I’m also doing more and more organic surfaces. Budget for both hardware and software should be around or under 30k. That said I’d like to only spend more if it really makes a difference. I scan cars mostly and the occasional industrial part. Lots of polished black plastic.

The idea of the freescan libre being wireless and targetless would save so much time. But something in me doesn’t trust einscan and they never turn resolution up in review videos. I could go with a used unit as well but that brings more scanner possibilities into the fray. I’ve seen the simscan 30/42 and it can hit the resolution I need. Kscan scanning area seems huge and could possibly reduce the number of targets applied.

Looks like quick surface and design x can make much nicer surfaces than peel could. But peels software was very easy to use. I’m well versed in solidworks so that’s an option as well.
