Delhivery does not come for pick up to my location and the store isn’t there in said location in the app. What to do now? | TechEnclave

I’m not sure about the physical store but delhivery people aren’t punctual at all. I have booked a courier through them twice and the first time they came after three days and the second time when they failed to come on the first day i cancelled the booking and they charged me 300 bucks or so.

It could be that DTDC is better but I’m sure
