I am looking for an app, such that, after you take pictures and store them in Google Photos, you can link the pictures in the experience to a budget and to spent money on that occasion.
So for instance, upon taking a picture of two people on a boat or eating at a restaurant, you can take a picture of the receipt or type the money spent in, and keep track of how much you spent on the occasion of taking that picture.
If the picture was taken at a day care, you could link the picture to a single expenditure where you paid the fees for your child to attend the daycare, and if there were other party elements that were purchased on that occasion then they would show up.
When you open the app, you see an expandable, rearrangeable, list of pictures and expenditures.
You can click on a picture associated with an expenditure shown above the picture to see more pictures associated with that expenditure.
You can view the day care fees above all day care pictures when you click on day care. The pictures scroll below this fee, and as you scroll further party expenditures show up.
You can have a nested school trip expenditures item, which shows the school trip expenditure and the school trip pictures (which can be expanded to the right).
Each fee item has an amount, a description, and a subdescription, and a date (for instance, 35$, school party, Jason Tibbits’birthday, 24/03/2024).
You can program the number of subdescriptions that can be added, making them arbitrary, even with labels (such as party type, person name).
You can then get a list of fees, and, view the list with show pictures or without show pictures.
You can also view monthly cumulatives.
You can take pictures of work done in the house associating more than one fee to a picture, or of food (such as cooked food) to associate with shopping expenditures.
When giving a gift, you can take a picture of the person you gave the gift to with the gift, and link the fee as part of the shopping made or as a separate purchase.
When paying for kids’ books, or going to school or university, or for them making a trip, you can link in the pictures received to the expenditures.
The same goes for any work you would want made in anyone’s house.
When paying for a train ticket, you can take a picture of the receipt, keep the app on hold, and wait till you do wait for the train or jump onto the train to add the picture to the receipt.
Thus, the app would have to have a section with receipts with no pictures which are in a state of pending the addition of a picture to the receipt to contextualize it.
The pictures can be linked in from other apps on the phone, such as Google Pictures (where, the pictures are stored on the server and not lost).
With such an app, the receipts would also be stored on the server with links to which Google Pictures pictures were being used. When a picture in Google Pictures is moved or modified, the app gets a notification and updates the receipts information.
…
It would be nice to have such an app.
I really need it.
It would be useful.
I am willing to pay for such an app.
In fact, several apps that relate pictures to expenditures could be developed. I think they are missing from the Google Play store.
Several people would like, take interest, or make use, of such an app.
Thanks.
