Not preferring the B650/X670/E because I want the latest model number, they also have better resale value and better traces esp. for DDR5 higher speeds and stability.
Then, I want an Intel NIC as it has the least amount of issues with drivers esp. with Linux. Sadly, I’m yet to find an Asrock board with an Intel NIC. Most Asus boards have Intel NIC. Asus also has better BIOS UI. Other than that Asrock are good 
Also the problem with the X870 is that it wastes precious PCIE lanes on useless (for me) USB4. So have to go for the X870E.
Asus B650E-F has Intel NIC but it is the older one.
Will do more researching and thinking for atleast a month till I say fk it and buy something
