I bought a Razer Basilisk V3 from Amazon last year in April, but I already broke the mouse wheel. I’m looking for the best place to get it repaired since Warranty only covers wear and tear and not damages.
I tried emailing AcroRMA support regarding this but they didn’t respond. Does anyone have experience getting their Razer peripherals repaired/RMA’ed?
