Since ASUS took over Intel’s NUC business in 2023, it has introduced several NUC series products. At CES 2025, the new ROG NUC 2025 gaming mini was unveiled, revolutionizing both configuration and design.
Core Ultra 200H-series processors power ROG NUC 2025 with a choice of Ultra 9 or Ultra 7. Powered by NVIDIA’s latest GeForce RTX 50 series mobile graphics cards, up to the RTX 5080, with 16GB of GDDR7 video memory. It comes standard with 16GB of DDR5-6400 memory, up to 96GB, and supports Intel XMP 3.0 technology. The mini PC comes standard with a 1TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD, with up to 2TB optional. The built-in heat dissipation system with three fans and dual vapor chambers provides quieter and more efficient heat dissipation.
ROG NUC 2025 has a wide range of ports, including one USB 20Gbps Type-C port and two USB 10Gbps Type-A ports on the front I/O, one Thunderbolt 4 port, two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DP 2.1 ports, four USB 10Gbps Type-A ports, one 2.5G Ethernet port, and one 3.5mm audio jack on the rear, as well as Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi support 7 Wi-Fi.
The ROG NUC 2025’s overall dimensions are 282.4mm x 187.7mm x 56.5mm, its weight is 3.12kg, and its body capacity is about 3 liters. The body has the ARGB ROG logo and is compatible with Aura Sync. To make it easier for users to upgrade or clean their consoles in the future, ASUS has simplified the 2025 ROG NUC’s internal access design. This allows for quick and easy disassembly of the chassis, quick maintenance, and tool-free upgrades to memory and storage.
