Also, I’m planning to buy it in around March. Should I buy it in March ? Or will I get a discount few months down the line ?
I will be using it mainly for video editing.

Look at the HP Victus with a 7840HS and a 3050 6gb currently going for 73.5k on flipkart. Since your primary use case is video editing this will be much better I think as the 7840HS is about the same in terms of performance as the 13700H and is much more efficient as it can perform almost the same as it does at 85w at just 50w. The G15 was much more VFM at around 50-60k when it used to go for that price but it has become a bit more expensive recently and is not looking as good anymore.
