3D SCAN TO CAD DXF WRAP TEMPLATE?

Hi,

I need to create dxf cad drawings to cover the car interior parts that I scanned with a 3D scanner. I need to convert the part I scanned in the example (I did not scan it in detail for the sake of example) into a dxf CAD drawing like the other image I posted. How and with which program can I do it easily? Parts often have curved areas rather than flat surfaces.

How do you think it can be done and with which program? Quicksurface, Geomagic design x, Siemens NX, rhino etc.
