Zeiss T-SCAN HAWK 2 – blue laser lines just stopped appearing

So i was scanning some parts, got about 3 pieces in for the day and went to switch to the next and the blue laser lines just stopped appearing and it will not scan anymore.

The blue lights still come up when adding the reference points and everything is fine until I click scan and only the blue lights that come on during reference point setup come on, no laser lines.

I’ve tried restarting, updating firmware, unplugging and re-plugging everything back in and calibrating (which fails)

Not sure if the error I get during calibration has anything to do with it but it says “error msensorscal-0242: the bundle adjustment failed. cannot calibrate images: cross laser lines (a)”

System analysis shows everything is fine, no errors in device manager. Unless this is a USB cable issue or the scanner itself somehow broke I am out of ideas. Waiting to hear back from support but figured I’d post here in the meantime.
