first off, i know this isnt the best scanner. i got one for a good price and figured what the hell. with that said…
i cant get it to work on my PC. I install the xyzscan_handy program and drivers that came with it, device manager sees it as an intel realsense sr300. However, when i open XYZScan it says to install the drivers from the USB, which i did. I ran the 3D Scanner Detection.exe and it said my CPU was incompatible. It is recommending an Intel i5, i have an AMD 5950x. am i really hard locked into using an intel chip with this thing?
