Dear Shining3D, instead of harassing bloggers and accusing people who 1. bought your scanner with their own money 2. received it for free, why don’t you spend your energy improving your entry-level products? You can’t fix bugs that are three years old. Instead of assigning your employees to accuse public figures of biased reviews from their personal accounts, ask these employees to write code and fix bugs in your software. If you’re not ready to have a constructive dialogue with your users, then maybe you shouldn’t be entering the Western market. Keep your authoritarian methods to yourself.
