Book Title ?

I am trying to find a book about metrology that I heard reference to. It in similar in scope to “Foundations_of_Mechanical_Accuracy” by More but has some association or relationship to Mitutoyo or some other similar type company.

I saw a refernce to it a few days ago. I tried going back through my search history but no luck. And Google searches just keep coming up with “Foundations_of_Mechanical_Accuracy”
